Life of Conviction

Sunday morning was one of those sermons that was as much hard to deliver as was to receive. One thing that I have learned through my years of ministry is to not apologize for what the Lord has you say, yet repent if the Lord didn't say it! Our responsibility as followers of Christ is to live lives that are based on conviction and not on convenience and compromise. The body of Christ has found herself at times in compromising situations and have put spiritual conviction in the "backseat" of a flesh driven vehicle. Our challenge as flesh driven beings is to take off the old nature and to put on and to "keep on" the new nature the Lord has given us to live (Ephesians 4:22-24). Let us challenge ourselves throughout the week to put conviction in the drivers seat and compromise under the tires! Come and join us at the Fellowship this Sunday as we continue the second part of the core value "Integrity."
