- Sammy Lopez is the Senior Pastor of the Fellowship Church of Houston. He is married and has one child. Pastor Sammy is one of the most sought-after Hispanic communicators in the nation and speaks to over thousands of people of all ages each year. He has been a keynote speaker/communicator for many conferences, conventions, school assemblies, camps, churches, corporate businesses, political organizations, and has been seen on the 700 Club,TBN,and Daystar Christian Television. Pastor Sammy has ministered with ministries and organizations such as Chuck Colson and Prison Fellowship, The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, The Samaritans Purse, Professional Athlete Associations and Ministries, and Politcal Organizations. Sammy is currently a member of Team First and Goal Ministries and Vice President of the Board of Directors for After the Game Ministries Inc. In December of 2006, Pastor Sammy was invited to try out with the Austin Wranglers in the Arena Football League.
