Getting Ready

I have a couple of more days until my family and I hit the road (leaving Monday). And already I have a lot on my mind and heart. I am happy that I will be getting some much needed rest from pastoring as well as from the seminary. This has been a long semester for me and I am possibly going to take the summer off and hit it hard again in the fall. I am also happy to give the church a rest from their pastor! I'm only kidding. However, I am in need of some much needed rest.

Yet, through the "vacation", I still have ministry that I will be doing as I speak in both San Antonio, Dallas and possibly in Arizona. Aside from ministry, I have much prayer, soul searching and seeking God's will in a lot of things in my families life right now. So, I do ask that you keep my family and I in prayer that we may return renewed, refreshed and restored by the power of the Holy Spirit. Much love to you all!
